Surface treatment of Stainless Steel Reactor

Stainless steel reacor surface coloring treatment: Stainless steel reaction kettle coloring not only endows stainless steel products with various colors, but also increases the variety of products. Stainless steel reaction kettle wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Mirror gloss treatment method for stainless steel surface: Depending on the complexity of the stainless steel reaction kettle and the user’s requirements, mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, electrochemical polishing, and other methods can be selected separately to achieve mirror gloss.
Sand blasting (shot) method: It is mainly to spray micro glass bead to remove the color scale on the surface.
Stainless steel reactor chemical method: using a pollution-free acid pickling passivation paste and a room temperature non-toxic cleaning solution with inorganic additives for immersion washing. Thus achieving the purpose of whitening the nature of stainless steel. After the stainless steel reaction kettle is treated, it basically appears to have a near matte color.
The bottom of stainless steel tanks is prone to corrosion, so it is necessary to implement effective anti-corrosion measures for the bottom plate of the tank to reduce the occurrence of leakage and extend its service life. Due to the micropores on the surface of stainless steel tanks, metal and other materials can be covered and separated from their media, effectively providing protection. It is also an important and cost-effective method for anti-corrosion treatment of stainless steel reactor.
