1、Acid and alkaline resistance standard
Reactors are often used in industrial fields such as chemical, petroleum, printing and dyeing, and most reactions are carried out under acidic and alkaline conditions. Therefore, glass lined equipment must have good resistance to acid and alkali. The glass lined reactor equipment has strong corrosion resistance to various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, and weak alkalis. However, it is not applicable to strong alkali, hydrofluoric acid, and fluorinated ion containing media, as well as phosphoric acid with a temperature greater than 180 ℃ and a concentration greater than 30%.
2、Standard for temperature difference resistance of equipment
The operating temperature of the reactor is generally within the range of 0~200 ℃. If there is a significant temperature change, it must also be carried out slowly.
3、Impact resistance of equipment
The steel and glass used in the production of reaction vessels should have good elasticity and hardness.
4、Voltage surge resistance of equipment
The glass lined reactor equipment may generate strong static electricity during stirring, so it must be able to withstand the impact of this part of static electricity.

5、The glass lined reactor equipment needs to withstand changes in pressure
When a reaction occurs in a reactor, gas is usually produced or consumed, so it must be able to withstand a certain amount of pressure. The standard is generally 0.2~0.4Mpa, and some chemical reactions with high process requirements can only be carried out under pressure environment.
6、Thickness requirements for equipment glass lining layer
The standard for the glass lining layer of the enamel reacor is 0.8mm~2.0mm, and the thickness of the accessories is 0.6-1.8mm. It should be noted that the thicker the enamel layer, the better, nor the thinner it is. Therefore, the quality of the equipment can only be guaranteed within the standard thickness range.
