  1. The ordinary configuration is a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which can be divided into several forms such as Unit 2, Unit 3, Unit 4, Unit 5, and Unit 6. It can be selected according to different sizes of enamel reaction tanks. The commonly used speeds of the reducer are 35 rpm, 63 rpm, 85 rpm, and 130 rpm. The speed ratio of the reducer is different, and the form of the enamel mixer is also different, For example, 63 revolutions per minute is generally used for materials that are relatively viscous, and a frame type enamel stirrer is used. 85 revolutions per minute is suitable for materials with medium viscosity, and an anchor type enamel stirrer is generally used. A slurry type enamel stirrer or a impeller type enamel stirrer is used. An axial flow type enamel stirrer should use a reducer with a higher speed.
  2. The glass-lined reactor for special or very viscous materials uses worm gear and spiral cone reducers. These two types of reducers are currently more commonly used in China, with high torque and good fatigue resistance. Compared to cycloidal gear reducers, these two types of reducers are energy-efficient and have low noise, making them suitable for reaction of very viscous materials. However, due to the high cost of these reducers, Not yet recognized by the majority of customers.
  3. Hard gear reducers are generally used in enamel reaction tank equipment used in fine chemical industry. They not only have the characteristics of high torque, low noise, energy-saving, but also have the reliability of long-term operation.
  4. The reducer supports of the above types of glass lined reactor reducers can be in the following forms: ordinary output shaft type and DJ shaft head reducer supports. Now, it is particularly important to introduce DJ shaft head reducers. This type of reducer support has strong reliability and high requirements for the processing accuracy of enamel mixers, making it suitable for production processes of very viscous materials. This type of DJ reducer is stable in use with DJ shaft head glass lined mixers, relative to this, The mechanical seal of the enamel reaction kettle works more smoothly, and the sealing of the enamel reaction tank is better.
